罗玲 is a very angry woman and I am lazy to explore the reasons why.
It's natural that we feel angry and everybody does.
But one thing, our anger must be in TINY amounts and last for SHORT period of time. Don't hang on for weeks, months and years! Its not good for your health.
Anger is just a reaction to unmet expectations! Don't transfer the responsibility for your emotion to people with exaggerated statements and say hurtful things.
No matter how angry you are, DON'T say things you don't mean. There may be no going back from that.
Be a person with high EQ! Learn to forgive...
